PUPPY YOGA @ Goat Yoga Chicago (S. Barrington)
Project Hope has partnered with Goat Yoga Chicago to bring you a yoga experience sure to send you into cuteness overload!
A certified yoga instructor will guide you through gentle stretches and easy poses while silly puppies roam around causing playful distractions and providing plenty of kisses.
New to yoga? No worries! There are no prerequisites - none, zero, zilch! As soon as the puppies come out to play, your stress will melt away. That's a promise!
Join us in helping these rescue pups get socialized and find their forever homes! A portion of every ticket purchased is donated directly to Project Hope to help cover food, medical care, and supplies for these furry babies.
This experience takes place indoors at the Goat Yoga Chicago studio at The Arboretum of South Barrington and is wheelchair accessible.
- Puppy Yoga experiences include:
- 30 minutes of yoga taught by a certified instructor
- 30 minutes of cuddle and playtime with rescue pups
- Session 1:
- 12:00PM - 1:00PM
- Session 2:
- 1:30PM - 2:30PM

GUIDELINES:
- Must be 10+ to participate.
- Children ages 10–15 must participate alongside a parent or guardian; each needs a paid ticket.
