Karla Dobbeck, PHRE is a certified professional in Human Resource Management - Emeritus. She founded Human Resource Techniques, Inc. in 1997. In addition, Ms. Dobbeck is the past chairwoman of the TMA HR Peer Group, past president of Stateline SHRM and Illinois Fox Valley SHRM; and the former Chairwoman the McHenry County Workforce Development Board (MCEDC). In 2012, Ms. Dobbeck served on the US TAG to the ISO TC 260 Standard Development Committee.
