This presentation will concentrate on how to retain your current customers (rather than developing new clients). Learn how to increase your sales by broadening the types of products and services and up-selling to your current clientele.
Jorge is the Director of Continuing and Community Education at Elgin Community College overseeing most of their noncredit classes. He is a part-time counselor with the Illinois Small Business Development Center at ECC, who has provided business counseling to over 500 prospective and existing business owners. He has taught noncredit classes on Entrepreneurship, Financial Recordkeeping and Taxes. He is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as a licensed “Enrolled Agent” and has managed a tax business for 20 years.
